'BOROUGH HOUSING SCHEME.
(To, the Editor.) Sir,—l am sorry to trouble you again, but I just want to reply to some of Mr Moore's rambling statements. In the first place, Mr Moore should never plead guilty until he is accused. I don't' blame him for what he did; I would do the same myselfBut it is the system that allows those chings to be done that we want al tcred. As for my cowardly insinuations and delusions, I must say tha<they have done good work, for they have given us an idea what sort of a Councillor Mr Moore will make if elected. They also brought out Councillor Jackson on S'aturday night. It proves what Mr Brainsby states to be true, that more light wants letting in on the borough affairs- The first borough dwellings were allotted to men who had comfortable homes, while others were living in hut s and houses that ought t& be condemned.—l am, etcC/O.
