NORTHERN CONDITIONS
MR C. L. WRAGGE'S FORECAST
Mr Clement L, Wragge telegraphed to the "Advocate" at 9.30-a.m. to-day as follows.—
Forecast for three days— Cloudy and showery weather under the extreme northern edge of a New Antarctic depression named Moineth, which is operating with a tropical disturbance east from Whangarei Heads. The conditions will soon be finer and more stable under advancing high pressure. The winds will be west-north-west to south-west, and the sea moderate. BUBEAU PREDICTION. The Government A/eteorologist reports as follows, for ;24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day:—
The indications aro for southerly winds, moderate to et-ong. The weather will probably prove cold and showcry, but should improve. The night will probably be very cold. The barometer is rising. The sees are moderate and tides good.
