Next Saturday's racj for the sculling championship of New Zealand between Hannaji (holder) and Fogwell has been abandoned, as Hannan has been ordered to »ive up training for at least two months owing to a reemdescence of an old injury to his knee. He has had to forfeit his deposit, and the title reverts to Fogwell. —Press Assn.
