NGUNGURU RACING CLUB.
BOXING DAY MEETING,
The restoration of the Ngunguru Racing Club's meeting after a lapse of six years, including the whole of the war period, has aroused a good deal of Northern interest, since both the sport and the picturesque seaside locality have always been popular in the past, the inauguration of tho races there dating back some forty years. The next occasion, fixed for the 27th (Boxing Day) is therefore likely to draw en unusually large attendance. The finishing touches are novv being given to the course arrangements, and under the direction of capable officers the six events carded may be expected to run along smoothly and to provide plenty of good sport. Details ff transit facilities per motor 'bus, launches, etc., will be advertised shortly, and any other necessary information may be obtained from the secretary, Mr H. S. Mackenzie. THE NOMINATIONS.
