The Moeraki will leav e Wellington on Saturday at noon for Sydney. The Waitomo was expected to leave Lyttelton yesterday afternoon for Auckland direct. The Wanaka left 9 Timaru at 6 o'clock on Wednesday night for Napier and Auckland. The Kaitangata was to sail for Newcastle at 10 o'clock last night. The Mokoia's departure for the Western Pacific Islands is now timed for noon on Saturday. The Maheno, now at Sydney, is expected to sail for Auckland at noon to-day "and should arrive on Tuesday. The Ihumata was expected to sail for Kaipara yesterday, where she will complete a timber cargo for Australia.

The S.S. and A. liner Mahana is expected to leave Newcastle to-day for Wellington. She is due there on September 1, and will load there and at Napier.

Every effort is being made to dispatch the Canastota, now discharging cargo at the King's wharf, for Wellington some time to-day.

The New Zealand Shipping Company state that it may be possible to dispatch the Rimutaka for Reotahi about the end of the week. She will load produce there, and will return to Auckland to load, sailing for Southampton and London from the iatter port direct.

A cable has been received from the cable steamer Iris, stating that she has been delayed on her way up the coast owing to bad weather. She will not, therefore, arrive until today.

The Rakanoa wirelessed to the Union Company that she will arrive from Suva this afternoon.

A message to the New Zealand Shipping Company from the Ruapehu states that she may arrive at Wellington on Saturday afternoon, if the fine weather holds. She was originally timed to arrive on Sunday.
