MAKES REPRISAL ' THE HAPLESS HAPSBURGS LONDON, June 21. The "Daily Express" states that the Geneva police discovered a plot by the Hungarian Communists to assassinate all the chiefs of the house of Hapsburg. As a result of the boycott of Hungary communication has been severed, except by Government and diplomatic measures. —Reuter. VIENNA, Jue 20. The boycott of Hungary by the neighbouring States following upon the ill-treatment of trades unionists has completely suspended communication with the country. The Hungarians are making reprisals, and have stopped the transit to Austria of large quantities of food and other supplies from Jugoslavia, Bulgaria, and Roumania. —Reuter.
