A FARMER'S FATE.
SHOT THROUGH THE HEAD,
WELLINGTON, This Day.
H. T. Witdher, a farmer of Wat-nui-o-mata, was found resting on a box near his house, with a bullet wound through his head. He .had gone out to shoot birds in an orchard. The gun was lying near with the muzzle turned away from the body.
The coroner found that death was probably caused by deceased tripping.—.Press Assn.
