PURSUANT to section 9 of the "Local Bodies Loans Act f 1913," its Amendments and Regulations made thereunder, the Body Corporate, known as the Whangarei County Council, hereby gives notice that it proposes to engage in the following undertaking in the Special Rating Area known as the Otonga Special Loan Area in the Otonga Riding (a) 1 Formation, construe- . tion, and metalling Whakapara-Puhi Puhi Road £3,400 2 construction, and'metalling Whakapara - Helena Bay Road £9,400 3 Formation, construction, and metalling Otonga - Whananaki Road £7.200 (b) That the sum proposed to be borrowed for the above purpose is £20,000 as above allocated. (c) Period 36£ years at a maximum rate of Interest of 51 per cent, per annum. (d) The proposed security and provision for the repayment of the above sum is a Special Rate of 3ld in the pound on the unimproved value of the said Special Rating Area as shown by Special Roll previously advised for public inspection.
