OPPOSED TO DISINTEGRATION.

With reference to the separatist movement in Vorarlberg and other provinces the Supreme Council has notified Count yon Renner that.it Will not permit any measures impairing the integrity of Austria or compromising Austria's political or economic independence, as provided in the Peace Treaty.
