CLAIMS AGAINST ESTATES. is hereby given, pursuant to section 50 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, that all creditors and others having claims against the estate of Chas. Croxton Marriner, late of Poroti, near Whangarei, Farmer, deceased, (whose estate is under administration by the Public Trustee)are hereby required to lodge in duplicate such claims supported by full particulars and certified as due and owing by the said estate at the date of the death of the said deceased, with the Public Trustee's local office at Auckland on or be fore the 17th day of January, 1920.
