CONSIDERATIONS OF ATTACK
PRIOR TO ENDORSEMENT
(Received 8 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13. The Premier informed a deputation that the naval and military advisers must examine the dangers of a surprise attack before th e Government commits itself to the Channel Tunnel scheme. If the report were favourable the Government would be willing to give general support, but if otherwise it would accept no responsibility.—A. and N.Z.
