The Supreme Council has approved the report of the Spitzbergen Commission giving Norway political sovereignty over Spitsbergen.
The Council also decided to grant the Portuguese Government's request to place under the sovereignty of Portugal the enclave of Kiong-r, which will be separated from German East Africa. —Reuter.
