I HEARING IN LOWER COURT
ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR
TRIAL,
' In the Magistrate's "Court, Kawajkawa, yesterday, before Mr F. H. Levien, S.M.), Walter Ashbyj charged with the murder of Ihimaera Haratua and Mary Ann Tukimoana, at Oramahoe, on August 15th, was committed for trial at the next session of the Supreme Court in Auckland. The evidence given was similar to that presented at the inquest, and contained no new or sensational features.
