Quien, under examination, stated that he gave the French military at tache at the Hague information con cerning powder factories. He-beg ged to be allowed to return to France but the attache kept him, declaring that he needed his services. Quien- further alleged that he re ceived money for various missions and was/able to travel without papers. —A. and N.Z.
