A British Admiralty report on the submarine campaign during the week ended July 15 gives the following figures. The returns are issued for the week ending 3 p.m. on Sunday. The figures give the arrivals and sailings cf merchant vessels of all nationalities over 100 tons net, at and from United Kingdom ports, exclusive of the fishing and local craft, the number of British merchant vessels sunk by mines or submarines, and unsuccessfully attacked by submarines, and the number of British fishing vessels sunk: — Arrivals ~ 282S Sailings 2926 Sunk over 1600 tons 14 Sunk under 1600 .tons 4 Unsuccessfully attacked 12 Fishing boats sunk 8
