LONDON, June 30. A manifesto has been issued by the Catholic Hierarchy urging the clergy to exhort the people to beware of dangerous associations; to shun any movement not according with Catholic teaching and doctrine; condemning all organisations plotting against the church or constituted authority; and reminding«».-tests ihat they are forbidden to t* k politics or kindred sub. jects in the churches.
