PETROGRA'D, June 30,
The quarrel between the Government and a small body of extremists is intensifying, aaad .tendling to strengthen the bonds between the Pro. visional Government and the great mass of the people. The behaviour of Finland and Ukraine is generally deplored, except among the extremists.
Ukraine announces the breaking off of .allegiance to the Provisional Government.
The newspaper "Pravda" announces that the watchwords of extremists are as follow:—"Down with the ten capitalistic Ministers!" "Down with all Imperialists who back up a coun-ter-revolution!" "Down with all capitalists and organisers of lockouts!" "No separate peace with Wilhelm, but down with secret treaties between English and French capitalists!" "Down with any advance!"
Telegrams from the armies have been received urging calm in the rear.
M. Kerensky has issued an- order, in view of the gravity of the crisis, that femalie, labour must be mobilised.
