AMSTERDAM, July 1
Rioters at Buda Pesfch wrecked and plundered two hundred shops, including cafes. Martial law was proclaimed and the riots suppressed. The President of the Austrian Food Board admits that the hay crop is a bitter failure and that the prospects of the maize crops are gloomy.
