An inspired article in the "TagebJatt" argues that Herr Batock's food dictatorship is a complete failure, as he is not compelling the agriculturists to surrender their produce. Tho paper advocates early legislation and the rationing of the whole Empire both during and after the war, in asmueh as food difficulties wi'l long out-last hostilities.
