PARIS, December 10. "Le Matin" announces the modification of one hundred commands in the army. Henceforth Government assumes the direction of the war with two agents for the execution of its general strategy. The generalissimo on the French front and the Com-mander-in-Chief in Macedonia wili also be new men whose talents will ensure them high positions.
