Till'" FLOUR DUTY -GOUri. (By Telegraph.—-Press Association). WEULIXGTOX, December 7. Government has decided, on tho recommendation of the Board of Trade, to remit the duty on imported flour as '"rom to-day. The import duty on Hour is one shilling per cental (per loOlhs.), from British possessions:, with an addition of '1 :.'-."> per cent, on foreign Hour.
