LONDON, December 7,
An official announcement says that the Admiralty, the Ministry of Munitions, and the Army Council have jointly agreed to secure the. early calling to the colours, up to the age of 31, of all lit, semi-skilled and unskilled men whose release from controlled and Government establishments will not interfere with the output of munitions.
