Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Press Assn.—Reed. 9.10 p.m.) • i LONDON, December 8. Lord penman, in a letter to the 'newspapers, states:' "I visited Athens ,in July and met a number of prominent Venizelists, some of whom are suffering; from the present outrages. The lot of the humbler Venizelists must be even more serious and I fear many will be done to death like rats in the streets of Athens and atrocities be committed which equal the enemy's achievements in Belgium and Servia. The change of Government must not delay for an instant drastic action on the part of the Allies. Every day is precious. The new Foreign Secretary must realise the inadvisabil. ity of recognising two Governments. King Constantine must be held to strict accountability for his complicity in the crimes committed.
