LONDON, December 7,
The inward shipping for November, including the dominions and neutral countries, showed a decrease of 1,355,825 tons, compared with the previous November's tonnage. For 11 months the tonnage has decreased by 3,250,000 tons and 12,250,000 tons respectively compared with 1914. The ''City Editor" comments that th e figures strikingly reveal the gravity of th e shipping problem.
