TO DESTROY THE'BRIDGES

A German correspondent says: The victory in the Aryesh was only possible because the Roumanians had no time to destroy the-bridges. The Ninth German Army-.::is . incessantly attacking the rearguards and is marching straight upon the oil fields at Prahova. If the valley is reached the Germans will bc'on'the line of retreat of the second army, which held up the enemy for two months.
