The newspaper "Lideaiiazitnyale" states that the Grand Duke Nicholas, in .supreme command of the .Russo-Rou-manian armies in tho new war theatre, has been hurried I v summoned to the Czar's headquarters to receive a newly appointed Russian section which consists of thirty army corps of four hundred thousand effectives.
