SMALL PERCENTAGE OF UNFITS. 'By Telegraph. —Press Association). ILVMILTON, December 1. A iiu-.M-al inspection of men called up by ballot in No. 1 Group commenced at Hamilton this morning. The inspection was far keener than by ordinary medic-p officers, while the standard r f p'.r-.- cal fitness was apparently considerably lowered, as many previously rejected were passed as fit. Of thirty men examined up till noon only one was permanently rejected. The Board expects to sit every day this week.
