A BISHOP'S TESTIMONY.

The Bishop of Bury St. Edmunds has arrived here from Ruhlebeu where he spent some weeks, with Germany's permission, in freest intercourse with the men, no Germans being near. He says that he left, the interned people with the feeling that he was prouder than ever to h< , an Englishman. He obtained permission for the men to sing the British National Anthem, which was done with the utmost enthusiasm. His Majesty 's message of sympathy ttnd encouragement was received with gratitude.
