Rojrardiiif; the question of making tpedal provisions enabling soldiers to discharge their civil obligations, the Hon. Jas Allen to-day stated that the Military Service Board had been requested to make a special report on cases of hardship disclosed as a result of appeals on the. first ballot. Tt is hoped in a month's time to place definite proposals before Cabinet.
