LONDON, November 30
A Russian communique says: In the wooded Carpathians we took possession of Rukada height. A battle is proceeding on the heights east of Kirlebaba and the latter position is under our fire. The enemy has occupied Koman, 17 miles south-south-east of -Bucharest. A German communique says: In-the wooded Carpathians frontier and 5 n Moldavia the Russians continued to attack and have gained some advantages. The communique claims that the fall of Kimpolung opens the w;vy across Toerzburger Pass. We cautured 1217 men and seven guns in Kimpolung."
