WILL NOT SURRENDER ARMS.
A SERIOUS POSITION.
FURTHER ROUMANIAN RETREAT.
GERMANS CLAIM SUCCESSES.
The news from Greece to-day is very disquieting. It is said that the Greek Cabinet has refused to allow the snrremler of arms to the IAHIes. What tlrfs means has yet to be revealed, but.the outlook is serious. The Allies have decided to act with firmenss, but the pro. Germans arc in strong force and their resistance may lead to serious consequences. The prosecution of the Balkan campaign will certainly be seriously .hampered if anything like force is necessary in Athens. OPbe Roumanian position shows no improvement. The enemy still makes progress in the western area. Several more villages have been taken. The Australian strike has ended. A brief message says that an agreement has been arrived at.
