An official message says that Admiral Jellicoe has been appointed First Sea Lord and Admiral Beattie Cemmander of the Grand Fleet.

Mr Balfour, in the House of Commons, when announcing the JellicoeBeiatty changes, said that Sir John Jackson had been appointed president of the Naval College at Greenwich. There would be an announcement of other changes in the Admiralty higher commands later.
