FLOODS IMPEDE OPERATIONS
Australian and N Z. Cable Association. (Press Assn.—Reed. 5.35 p.m.) ROME, November 28. The Roumanians in Western WallacSla continue to fight stubbornly. The German itaft! is asking for the support of Bulgarian troops to enable them to capture the Roumanian army, but the Danube floods are breaking the bridges and this prevents action. Generals Falkenhayn and Mackensen are- asking lor large reinforcements in order to continue the advance.
