PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of th e Whangarei Harbour Board held on the 29th day of April, 1916,. the existing by-laws of the said Harbour Board (excepting those relating to the con- ! duct of business at meetings of the Board) were repealed and new Bylaws adopted which have been printed, and are open to public inspection during office hours of the said Board and such By-laws so adopted were appointed to come into operation on the first day of June, 1916.
