BUT WANTS COMPENSATION

M. Rodocllavoff* Premier, interviewed, said the present situation regarding neutrality cannot exist indefinitely, but in order to induce Bulgaria to enter the war she must have Macedonia which was Bulgaria's Alsace. The army had been reconstituted since 1913. It was commanded by young and active officers and was ready for all eventualities.
