SOFIA, July 19
Constantinople advices state that a " British submarine sank the steamer Bisgas on the Asiatic side of the sea of Marmora, also two lighters and a steamer which were unloading in Haidarapasha harbour.
A torpedo missed a steamer loading at Tophanch quay, and damaged two hundred yards of wharfing.
