A private letter from Berlin states the Kaiser's personal fortune has greatly diminished. He was interested in many industries now ruined and also in steamship companies which had lost very heavily. The Kaiser has already lost a hundred million marks. The Kings of Bavaria, Saxony and Wurtemburg and the Grandduke of Baden are also heavy losers.
