Official: General Yon Hlndenburg's offensive led to great events. General Yon Billow's army is progressing in the Kurschany district across the Windawa. Cavalry repeatedly defeated the Russians capturing eleven officers, including the commander of the 18th Rifle Brigade, 2450 men, 3 guns and 5 machine guns.

General Yon Gallowitz attacked the Russian's position south-east of Malaya and three lines were successively stormed and carried north-west and north-east of Prasnysz and Dzielin and the Lipa was reached. The pressure on both sides shook the Russians, who evacuated Prasnysz and retreated to a previously consolidated position on the Ciechanow-Krasnosiole line. The pursuing German, troops stormed and pierced this position southward of Zieloua on a front of seven kilometres, forcing the enemy to retreat. The attackers were assisted by General Yon Schoiz's troop 3, who advanced in pursuit from Kelme. The Russians retreated over their entire front between Pisa and the Vistula towards Narej.
