INVESTIGATION CONCLUSIONS,
THE REAL ORIGIN.
(Press Assn. —Reed.'9 a.m.)
...CAPETOWN, April 22. \ . During the's'debato on the Rebellion Inquiry Committee's report Mr Morriman, who was a member of the committee, entirely acquitted General Hertzog of complicity in the rebellion, though his speeches were primarely responsible. Beyers was sano, oxcessivoly ignorant, and unfit for his position.
