PETROGRAD, April 22
•A semi-official report says that the new Russian artillery is proving remarkably effective and is outranging the German.
Reprisals are threatened if the German aviators continue to bomh undefended towns". Many of the enemy taken'prisoner at Polen in the Carpathian on the 19th were drunk.
