DOMINION FORCES.

A NEW MILITARY SECTION, WELLINGTON, April 19. At the parade of the Fourth-Rein-forcements on Saturday the Premier announced that the Imperial Government had intimated that it would accept from New Zealand another military body, consisting of a battery of artillery and v a column of infantry.

The new force, would be established as soon as arrangements could be made, and he felt certain that this contingent would be forthcoming. There would be no difficulty in obtaining the men required. Nothing New Zealand could do to assist the Mother Country would be left undone, and everything would be done cheerfully and without unnecessary- fuss.
