SEIZURE OF WHEAT.
.MELBOURNE, November 25. A conference of Premiers meets in Melbourne to consider Mr Holman's wheat seizure .proposals. A deputation of the I-liK-owners' Association informed Mr Tudor that Victoria's shortage,was likely to reach iy 2 million bushels. Asked if the- duty were likely to be suspended so that they could arrange to obtain supplies elsewhere, Mr Tudor promised to refer the question to :the Suspension of Duties Cbmmittee.
