H. and M. are very ''solid" on this point, and propose doing their utmost to persuade men, women, boys and girls, to wear the proper neck-to-knee regulation costume this season. To this end they have imported a large supply of every size in these necessary garments; and have made the prices easy too, so that there will be no excuse for bathers violating the by-laws. The ladies need bathing caps so that their hair won't get w*et; there is nothing so annoying to a lady as to have wet hair. H. and M. have got plenty (of the caps.)
