GERMANS ADMIT 200,000 CASUALTIES
EXCHANGE OF TROOPS

AMSTERDAM, November 24. The plain of Flanders is still snowbound, and heavy frosts continue. An extensive exchange of German troops continues- The 1915 class are eoming-inlo Flanders, and the old men are going east. Two forty-two eeiuiuietre howitzers have passed through Cologne for Gukaewz, fifty-five small guns for Konigsburg, and two hundred field pieces for the Austrians in Galieia. The Germans now estimate that they had two hundred thousand .casualties in the battle of the Yser. Gerrn'-an gunfire destroyed the cathedral in Ypres.
