PRUSSIANS AND BAVARIANS.
COME INTO COLLISION
OSTEND, Sept. 21
In connection with the collisions between the Prussians and Bavarians at Brussels, it is stated that the Bavarians permitted six train-loads of French prisiners at Maubeuge to escape. Widespread insubordination exists among the Bavarians.
