Arrangements are bein?; completed by the Borough Council with the property owners affected hy the Maunu water supply scheme. In at least two cases there will be claims for compensation for land taken. The position of the property owner is something akin to Hobscn's choice, as any land required may be taken, under the provisions of the Public Works Act
