The Central News Agency reports that the German General L» yon Kluck has surrendered, with fourteen thousand men who hav«r\ been taken prisoners. Another account states that the prisoners number twenty-five. V thousand. '< > A large number of guns have also passed into the possession of the Allies. [A cable message from the High Commissioner to the Prime Minister of New Zealand says that General yon Kluck's provisioning base was cut off.]
