At a Meeting of the Bari'd Committee held on Tuesday Evening, April 28, it was decided to hold a CARNIVAL QUEEN, in order to reduce the liabilities of the Band, and a circular letter has been drafted to th e different sports and other societies asking their co operation in the scheme.
