The "Daily Mail" says: "The great example the Commonwealth and New Zealand has set will bear fruit in the future."
The "Daily Telegraph" says: "The protection of the outer seas is a matter of Imperial emergency. One gleam of light through the lowering clouds is the partial consummation of the Commonwealth's naval ideal."
