SENSATIONAL TRIP ON A ROPE
LONDON, Oct. 6
While a balloon was ascending at Barcelona (in Spain) a man in the crowd caught hold of the guide rope and was carried up and the aeronaut in trying to drag him into the car overbalanced and was instantly killed.
The balloon with the dangling man continued its ascent and finally descended several kilometres distant with the man uninjured.
